.Anagach Woods Trust is a
charitable company, limited by guarantee. Limited because members are obliged to
pay no more than £1 in the event that the company is wound up to pay off debts
incurred by the company.
Currently there is no charge for membership, we simply ask that you do what you
can to assist with the management of the woods, be that reporting problems,
taking part in the Annual General Meeting, becoming a director, or taking part
in events in the woods.
Ordinary membership is open to individuals over 18 years of age, who are
resident in the area defined by company's byelaws.
However, we have a junior membership category, and additionally, if you live outside the
eligible area, you can join as an associate and you will receive a copy of the
annual report. Do register your name with us if you want to be informed of
special events.
